I am Annette Cade. I have established a small business and I am using MS Access 2010 as database handling application. In my company 30 employees are working for creating small size project. One of them has created a project on school management system. He has generated some Access tables involving different fields like stdid, stdname, gender, phone, address etc for this project by following steps given:
· Moved to create tab
· Clicked on table design button
· After that Table Designation window is appeared
· Entered distinct fields names and the data type of particular data field like Number for stdid, Text for stdname, and etc
· Fixed stdid as primary key by right clicking on this field name and selected the primary key feature
· After that saved the table by providing it a name ‘Student’
After performing all these required actions, he has used this table in the particular school management project for retrieving data using some predefined or specified queries. But some of the table entries were corrupted due to some virus infection; this occurrence of awful situation forced him to use some outside Access data recovery tool for reviving damaged Access table entries. He shared the problem with one of his workfellow and he suggested using Access Recovery software for renovating heavily damaged fields of that table. He shared the entire scene with me, I suggested him to check the software’s functionalities first by taking a trial run. He did the same and found Access data recovery tool is amazing as it provides repaired fields names, columns, rows, etc as it is. He told me about the gratifying experience and asked me to purchase license version of apparatus. I purchased business license for complete recovery of database items. Using this full-fledged process we found back our valuable database table. This Access repair apparatus amazingly saved our important data involved in the project.
